Waa! Curse you Citi-Link, CURSE YOU!!!

Received my shiny new PC case today. It was supposed to look like this. But unfortunately the top of it looked like this.

I know it doesn't look much in the photo but that's cos it's silver photographed with a flash. It is a rather large dent on the top side. What's worrying is that the area that was dented was covered with polystyrene and so the case must have had quite a knock to get that sort of dent out of it...

I've sent a returns request to eBuyer and hope I can get the matter cleaned up quickly. However, looking at their web site, they are now out of stock of the case and won't be getting any in for a further 5 days...

A friend of mine's Dad is/was a roadie for a number of high profile bands and musicians and they used to buy parcel force lorries to ferry them about in. The outisde kept the parcel force livery whilst the interior was like a 5 start hotel room!

Now I know why they sold them off...

To pay for the damage they do!!!

I bought a DVD Drive from eBuyer earlier this year, it was faulty, I requested a returns thingy, and it took them something like 5 days to sort it out, but they were very quick about the whole thing, I seem to remember.

I can't remember if I had to pay my own return postage, though. o.O

looks like someone sat on it:/

quite a few people I know seemed to have had problems with parcel force, eather with delivery or the state the goods where in. They where even on Watchdog a long time ago, renamed parcel farce. Looks like they haven't changed much.
