slycatReceived my shiny new PC case today. It was supposed to look like this. But unfortunately the top of it looked like this.
I know it doesn't look much in the photo but that's cos it's silver photographed with a flash. It is a rather large dent on the top side. What's worrying is that the area that was dented was covered with polystyrene and so the case must have had quite a knock to get that sort of dent out of it...
I've sent a returns request to eBuyer and hope I can get the matter cleaned up quickly. However, looking at their web site, they are now out of stock of the case and won't be getting any in for a further 5 days...

Date: 2003-04-25 01:41 pm (UTC)quite a few people I know seemed to have had problems with parcel force, eather with delivery or the state the goods where in. They where even on Watchdog a long time ago, renamed parcel farce. Looks like they haven't changed much.
