You begin to doubt your sanity when...
Jul. 7th, 2003 07:44 pm...you can't distinguish between being conscious or unconscious.
On the train home, I popped on my headphones and promptly fell asleep after another shitty day at work. Around halfway through the journey, I was prodded by the ticket collector for my ticket. I remember whispering "sorry" as I retrieved my ticket and though that whispering it was somewhat silly and so attempted to say it again but only managed the whisper the second time. I chuckled to myself embarrased, looked around to see if anyone was giving me odd looks. they were not. At this, I fell asleep again only to wake just before Winchester.
Thinking about it, I can't remember if I handed my ticket over in a dream like "sleepwalking" unconscious state or not. It just seems all rather weird to me that I couldn't say "sorry" out loud.... or why I was apologising in the first place, he woke me up after all :P
Hmm, I think this is my body's way of telling me I need to get more sleep.
