My lardy weekend

slycatI regrettably really let myself go this weekend. The more lardy things I had were:
Saturday
Foot long chicken pizza Subway
1 pint of lager
Half a large Mighty Meaty Domino's pizza
Majority of a large bag of Thornton's toffee
Small bag of Minstrels
1 share size bottle of Coke
Sunday
Creme Egg McFlurry
6inch meatball Subway
Slice of chocolate fudge cake with ice cream
3 pints of lager
Chicken strips
Beef lasagne
Chocolate brownie with ice cream
I really need to knock this on the head. This weekend was rather exceptional for my intake of unhealthy food but still it's something I'm aware of and need to cut back on.
Now it's the end of another weekend and I've not had the time to do any of the overtime I needed to get done. There were over 20 support cases which hadn't even been looked at when I left on Friday which I wanted to get out the way. There will only be more waiting now. Meanwhile, tomorrow, I need to train a new member of staff... My work is certainly where the fun never stops.
