Yesterday, after getting my hair trimmed, I made my way down to [livejournal.com profile] tktiger, [livejournal.com profile] beaitchtwo, [livejournal.com profile] award and [livejournal.com profile] bungle_bear's place as that's where my fursuit had been living for the past couple of months and [livejournal.com profile] colifox would be dropping by to hopefully buy it.  When I got there, I found that in addition to the normal crew, [livejournal.com profile] shep_shepherd and [livejournal.com profile] kyyanno were there too.  Colifox arrived shortly after I did and found him to be quite a pleasant chap.  He already knew Wardy and got on with everyone which was always good. He was pleased with the fursuit and was happy to purchase it which made me relax a bit.  I was rather anxious that he wouldn't want to buy it after all this as I had been lead astray before.

For the rest of the afternoon, we mostly nattered, played games and TV.  Come 5pm, I needed to leave as I hadn't eaten all day and was rather ravenous.  However, Shep kindly donated his Chicago Town mini microwave pizzas to me so I didn't have to leave.  I stayed to watch Doctor Who before I had to leave and Wardy offered to give me a lift home which was another very kind gesture.

As all I had eaten that day was those pizzas, I had lost more weight.  I weighed in at 17st 5lb this morning which I was much impressed by.  If I keep on going at this rate, I may be able to get a smaller pair of jeans soon.

Went to Reading today with my bro for lack of anything better to do.  I started spending the £250 cash Colifox had paid me for the fursuit there.  I got 3 CDs in Fopp, all very good albums: µ-ziq - Royal Astronomy, Banco De Gaia - 10 Years and Squarepusher - Ultravisitor (mostly cos it was only a fiver).  I need to get to the post office and pay what remains of this cash into my bank account before I spend any more.  I need to use it to pay off my credit card...

Anyway, back to work tomorrow, and quite frankly I'm rather worried about it.  I've been away for 3 weeks and I know how fast things move at work.  I wonder what has changed or what I have to do work wise.  Hopefully someone will bring me up to speed and I don't have a huge stack of stuff to do.  It'll be weird going back after this long.  I just hope I can cope... I know I really don't like my job.  The sooner I pay my debts off the less I have to worry about keeping my job and I can see about getting another.

I hope you enjoy the suit and make more use of it than I did. I look forward to seeing photos of you waring it and hearing how it fits etc :)

Hope your back-at-work-ness is going okay. I've been signed off again, and it looks like I'll be going back to find I've been made redundant (or something like that). Eep, etc.

*hugs*
