Playing with Audioscrobbler
Jul. 26th, 2005 10:36 pmYesterday, I registered myself with Audioscrobbler as I found it interesting the way it archives the data and ties it all in together. Apart from a few problems with the server not accepting submissions (apparantly a new set of servers are being put in place to fix the problem), it's pretty cool. I've got it reading the music I play at work, on my home PC and also from the Xbox if I use XBMC. The only problem is that I can't get the thing to record what I listen to on my iRiver, which is a shame really. Would have been nice to have a complete record of what I listen to, just for curiousity sakes.
Anyway, my name on the thing is Wootz if you're interested in peeking at what I listen to.

Expect to be writing a more interesting post soon... would have written it now but couldn't be bothered :)
Edit: Oh, the only reason there's so many Snap! tracks there is cos I was listening to it at work to amuse my work colleagues... it's not indicative of my normal music taste!
