Stuff

Had an OK day at work today which makes a change. Still got plenty to be done before I can truly feel relieved but for some reason today was better. Probably due to the fact that I didn't have many whiney customers with problems that just don't make any logical sense...

Got the tickets to see Kosheen today. As I said, I'm taking Dawn from work (Who's gay but no-one at work knows ;) which should be fun. There are lots of other groups playing there too such as Telepopmusik (Sound pretty cool - ambient type music) and some others which didn't sound too appealing... I suppose none of them could be as bad as Capitol K live who supported Kosheen last time. Be sure to read a write up here after the even on Tuesday.

How am I going with my weigt loss plan? Well I was doing quite well up until the end of last week when I was down to 17st 9lb but then I went out with hawx on the Saturday and had fast food in London and a pizza for tea and on the Sunday, we went to a pub where I had a mixed grill and a stupidly chocolate dessert... I should have said no to a dessert... Anyways, thanks to that weekend of indulging, I put the weight I lost back on so I was back to just below 18st and I've not been helped by feeling really hungry at work this week too. I'm currently around 17st 12lb and am about to eat a curry lovingly prepared by shinjiwolf and ruination...

Milestone 100th entry

Not only is ths my 100th LiveJournal entry, but it is also exactly one year today since I started this Journal. I originally started this journal as a lazy way to keep folks up to date with what's going on in my life without having to make pages and stuff like I had done with my web diary. (Coming back online soon!)

So what's happened to me in the past year? Let's have a look down memory lane...

• 26th April 2001 - New Journal!
  Yep, everything has to start somewhere and this is where it all began...
  
  
• 7th May 2001 - All good things...
  I made this just after I had returned from meeting my first love, shinjiwolf. I was really loved up at the time of this post ;)
  
  
• 15th July 2001 - It's a bit overdue...
  I had neglected the journal as I had moved in with Mohan on a temporary basis while looking for somewhere to live.
  
  
• 5th September 2001 - Lots of changes...
  By now I had moved back with my parents, Shinji had moved back to Canada but I was still in love with him despite the distance.
  
  
• 8th October 2001 - 2 days, no Shinji
  Doubts about the relationship begin.
  
  
• 25th October 2001 - Time to take a break
  The stress got the better of me and I had to take a break from furry - one of the main causes of the stress at the time.
  
  
• 1st November 2001 - Feeling really down...
  More depression, work stresses, relationship worries, etc...
  
  
• 1st November 2001 - Birthday and stuff
  Made to feel a bit better as it was my birthday. Always cheers you up to know you have friends who care.
  
  
• 15th November 2001 - Update
  More relationship worries.
  
  
• 21st November 2001 - Lotsa things
  The chance of moving to Kent with nonezumi (Glis) and ruination (Ruin) arises as they are looking for a place to live and need a way to split the bills.
  
  
• 26th November 2001 - (no subject)
  Officially broken up from Shinji - it was never meant to be...
  
  
• 26 November 2001 - Moving
  Viewing potential houses in London.
  
  
• 8th December 2001 - 3 weeks until the big move
  The move becomes a reality as we are due to move in at the start of the year.
  
  
• 14th December 2001 - Weirdest 2 days ever!
  The infamous Christmas Work's Do and a strange train journey that followed.
  
  
• 25th December 2001 - It's Chriiiiiiiiiiiiiistmaaaaaaaaaaaaaas!

And of course this entry ;). So you can see, I've been through a lot in one year. Some of it I didn't document like the trip to Alghero with the company last year or the Kosheen concert I went to earlier this month... Oh well, you can't keep track of it all. I think I should set up my memories page so I have another record of these entries and others.
