An earthquake you say?

So I took a look at my LJ friends page this morning to find all of my UK friends reporting an earthquake. Now I went to bed around 12:40 after foolishly finishing off my can of Mountain Dew and had trouble sleeping comfortably as a result, but I don't think the earthquake had a part in my uneasy sleep. I think I'm probably too far south to have noticed :P

Still, it's pretty interesting to see the posts, starting with people saying "My house just shook, was that an earthquake? Surely not!" to "We just had a frigging earthquake!". Not your normal goings on in the UK :)
