Apart from missing out on what sounds like a quality theme, I'm actually not that bothered by missing FC. Maybe because I don't *know* what I'm missing out on (yes I've heard it's very good, but I've not experienced it myself).
To be honest, if I have other holiday plans for the year (I have potentially two this year, definitely one, both to Germany as it happens!) I could go without a con entirely. But I'd like at least one trip abroad a year now that I've started my own life, yes :).
True, the transport thing with EF is a little concerning, but hey it'll be fine. Piggyback on someone else's plan, that's what I intend to do!
