Due to being rather tired when I got home, I've only just eaten. But that's also thanks to the amount of preparation required for what I wanted to make. I already had the ingredients so couldn't really make anything quicker. The meal I made was a three cheese pasta bake, which this time contained:
  • Fusilli Pasta
  • Dolmio Bolognaise Sauce
  • Lean Beef Steak Mince
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 Red Sweet Pointed Pepper
  • Tabasco
  • Worcester Sauce
  • Schwartz Chinese 5 Spice Seasoning
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Double Gloucester Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Black Pepper
Thought I'd make an LJ post about this as it's the most interesting and tasty thing I can cook at the moment, always like making it and I always have tonnes left over to feed me for a couple of days.

Bah, and I thought I had a problem with vegetables. They really add depth to the dish to be honest, make it extra tasty :)

You just got to cook them properly. If they're not cooked, they're crunchy, but fry them with the mince and they soften up and the texture doesn't become an issue any more. I'm quite fussy with such things too :)
