2 days down
Jun. 25th, 2002 10:39 pmTwo days down after moving back to my parent.s Is still a strange feeling but as I tidy away my stuff, getting rid of the boxes and making it look less like a council house or something, it does feel more like home.
The daily commute is as bad as I remember I get home on average around 7.30pm which isn't too bad I suppose but is still ages on the train. Had a bit of a look for jobs locally on web sites and there doesn't seem to be too much around. Will have to check the local paper on Thursday.
Looking forward to my trip to America more than ever. It's only one and a half weeks away! Yay!
On the other hand, dial up is sucking more than ever. Have the router on order and should get it shortly (Sooner the better!). My brother has wired up my room with a network cable and as an added bonus, at no extra cost, he's taken an ariel cable from his digital cable TV box so I can now watch what he watches on cable! Yay!
