I had a dream I had a dream where I dreamt about the future and took back some music and DVDs out of the dream and I had them when I woke up. Weird huh?

Yeah it did. There's two levels of dreams here. I dreamt I had a dream where I dreamt about the future and took some Cds and DVDs back when I woke up. Of course I was dreaming this...

I think that makes sense.

Real Life -> Dream 1 -> Dream 2 (About future) -Wake Up-> Has stuff from dream -Wake Up-> Realise I was dreaming about the dream!

How do you know you'v woke up yet? You never realise that your dreaming untill you actually wake up ^,^

Who knows if we're all in one long dream or a fabricated world playing to someone's amusement in a version of The Sims or whatever. There isnt much we can do about it apart from remain ignorant of whatever the truth may be and carry on regardless.
