No work today!

slycat...and no, I'm not skiving neither. I took the day off cos I had to see the dentist and optician today. I've just come back from the dentists and was pleased to hear that there was no problems and just come back in 6 months. He didn't let me go without having a quick polish however which leaves your mouth all dry from the sucky pipe thing they use.
When I came back, I took delivery of a package which was addressed to me! Upon opening it, I found that it was in fact stage 2 of my course. Frankly I was stunned at the amount of study material I now have to go through. I literally have books the combined size of 3 copies of the yellow pages to read my way through and do the assignments and projects. It's gonna take me the best part of 3 months I guess. Bleh. I need to do me a training schedule and keep to it, most likely nicely coloured with pretty symbold, in homage to Arnold Rimmer of Red Dwarf (And then find that I took so much time doing the timetable that I never actually had time for the studying ;).
Will be setting off to the opticians shortly to get my eyes checked. I think that my eyes may have got a bit worse but I paid a huge sum for a pair of glassess not too long ago and am not looking forward to paying lots of money again. After that, I'll be going to the movies with Kashy and maybe going to PC Arena too. I'm sure I'll post details of all that here later.
