Today, I booked two tickets for Bill Bailey's new show at the Wyndhams Theatre in London on the 18th October. The second ticket is for
hawx who is a really big Bill Bailey fan. The tickets are expensive but I reckon they'll be worth it :)
I've never been to see a live comedy act so this'll be my first. Can't wait! Also, I should be seeing Dave Gorman's new 'Googlewhack' show when he comes to Southampton at the end of November. Just a darn shame both these events are so long away!

Date: 2003-07-08 01:43 pm (UTC)I saw Peter Kay not to long ago, I laughed so much that I felt I was going to die! I couldnt get my breath! I didnt want to laugh too loud either so I tried restraining myself, which made it worse! But I looked at my friend Janice, and her face was contorted too, with tears streaming down it, trying to get her breath.
I hope you have a nice time :)

Date: 2003-07-08 06:51 pm (UTC)More recently, I went to a recording of I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue. It was much more fun than merely listening to it on the radio. Sadly, poor Humph is getting on a bit now, though: we had to sit around for rather a lot of re-takes.
