Life in the fast lane!

Whee! Today, the boss gave me a ride in his new silver Audi TT Roadster Quattro and wow! I was blown away :D I've never really had an interest in fast cars but this certainly changed my opinion... I want one! We sped around a few country roads and a short stretch of the motorway at breakneck speeds. After slowing down for a corner it was foot down and accelerate back up again! When the car accelerates you feel the g-forces pushing you back into the seat, something I've not experienced in a car before. The only experience I've had similar is in a rollercoaster! :) I really need to think about learning to drive!

The title of this post could also be used to describe my career. I've only been in the company for a month and they're already on about me moving into development (PHP/MySQL) on a more full time basis and get another support guy to do what I do now. Effectively, I'd be his boss! I've never been a boss before so I'm quite looking forward to it :D.
