Good news, bad news

Good news: I'm feeling much better since Tuesday, I seem to be able to get through my work and not have tonnes left over and end up like a headless chicken.
Bad news: I appear to have developed a cold and am being forced to blow mucus into tissues on a frequent basis.

Good news: My loan which I have been paying £200 a month for 2 years will be paid off in another 6 months time
Bad news: I have spent almost £250 over the past two weekends.  Of this expenditure, I bought Xbox and accessories, 2 films in the cinema, Xbox games, curry, train travel, GameStarsLive admission.

Good news: I'm off to Amsterdam with nonezumi, makali and some other friends of Glis' in November.
Bad news: It seems that work have changed their policy on the 1 week shutdown over Xmas.  Previously it was a free week off, now it seems that it's being taken out of our holiday allowance.  Presumably this is because by law they are being forced to give us 20 days off a year PLUS national holidays (ie. 28 days total) whereas before we got the 20days minimum and bank holidays are taken from that...

Good news: I've been thinking more seriously about holidays for next year.  I've decided without a doubt that I will be attending AnthroCon next year, I just need to work out who I'm going with and what I can do surrounding the convention.  Considering what people have been saying about EuroFurence, I might even go to that too!
Bad news: The "Eurofurence X DVD trailer", isn't that convincing.

Eh, I didn't like the FC04 DVD and I liked FC when I was actually there. Don't judge a Con by its DVD.
