Theme Park goodness
Mar. 14th, 2006 09:34 pmI invested in a Tussauds Group annual pass today which allows me access to Thorpe Park, Chessington World of Adventures and Alton Towers for a whole year, as many times as I want. The pass also allows me access to Warwick Castle and Madame Tussauds, but I don't forsee myself visiting those places, I got the pass to be able to take full advantage of the rollercoasters! I've never been to Alton Towers, but now I've got this pass, I've no excuse not to visit so will certainly be looking into making the trip up there sometime this year, maybe even more than once :). As Thorpe Park is relatively close by and compared with the nearby Chessington, is much more of a thrill park, I expect to be visiting there many times this year. I'll be able to try out their new ride, Stealth too which looks fantastic (even if it will be a 1hr+ wait for a 30second ride :P).
Anyway, I'm all excited about this now, I'd be up for visiting Thorpe Park at least many times over the year if anyone wants to go :). Heck, for free, I might even be persuaded to visit Chessington despite their tamer rides and it being more of a kiddy park these days :P.
