Furmeets.co.uk Update!

slycatThis evening, I wondered if I could integrate Google Maps with my Furmeets.co.uk site so rather than a crappy quality gif image, you get a fully working Google Map to be able to view the meeting from. I'm happy to say, that after quite a bit of hard work trying to work it all out (considering I have next to no Javascript knowledge and that's what Google's API uses), I have accomplished my goal.

My next goal is to be able to update the add meets page so people can add the points of interest too. Ideally, I'd have it so you can click a google map to say that's where the meeting point is rather than manually discover the latitude and longitude. Ah well, with this integration of Google Maps, it opens up all sorts of new possibilities for the site :).
