At least 3 people at this week's furmeet said that I had visably lost weight! I havn't even been trying really. I have managed to get back to 18st after I went up to 19st since I moved to London which is quite an accomplishment. Even today, I went down another notch on my belt - only another 4 to go on before I'll need a new belt :P

I managed to lose the weight, not by really changing my diet, rather just eating more sensibly. I rarely eat chocolate or snacks now unless it is a part of a meal and I try not to over endulge, eating until I am full and not trying to go further cos the meal is so nice or whatever. Also, I have cut out chocolate altogether at work and also fast food (Which I tend to eat rarely now unless I'm with others who want to get fast food).

Hopefully I'll be able to continue losing weight, combined with a bit of exercise in the form of DDR and possibly lose some more stones. Ideally, I'd like to be 14-15st with a waist size of 36". That would me that it'll be easier for me to buy clothes than it is at the moment, it is quite tricky being on the extreme end of the available sizes...

Trust me, 36 isn't that easy to find either now that I'm no longer 38. I think they switch them in the shop when they see you coming. I'll get down to 34 one day (fingers crossed) and they'll stop selling anything over 28" waist :P
