In a follow up to my previous post, I've just got back from the hospital...
Basically the nurse found the lense stuck down the bottom of my eye and was able to pluck it out with a pair of freaky looking tweezers while my eye had been anethetised. It was a great relief to know they there was actually something there and I wasn't just being a hypocondriac, put my mind at ease somewhat. I've been given some ointment to apply to the eye 4 times a day and I'm not to wear contact lenses for 2 weeks (considering I got into this due to my own stupidity, I'm not put off from wearing them). Now I've got a bit of feeling back in my eye, it still feels a little sore but I'm sure that'll be fine soon enough.
