Console-ation

slycatYou know, it's news like this which could convince me to get a Wii. Read the details at: http://www.joystiq.com/2007/10/25/sega-gets-around-to-announcing-samba-de-amigo/. I'd also be quite keen on getting NiGHTS and Super Paper Mario too but still not sure if it justifies getting another console.
At the same time I've been contemplating getting a PS3 purely for it's Blu-Ray Disc playing abilities. It seems that Sony might actually win a format war from the way things look, and with Ratatouille only on BD that's me convinced as I need to see Remy and co in 1080p :P. However, there's still not one game on the PS3 which would encourage me to buy it for gaming at the moment, the 360 is still king of the current gen for gaming.
As nice as these thoughts of purchases are, I've gotta save for my holiday in Jan and I've not even considered Christmas...
Just get Beautiful Katamari out on 360 in Europe and I'll soon forget about other consoles again :P.
