Busy weekend

badgerguy, latran and arakinuk came to visit, Arakin because he was going to the Hantsfurs Christmas Meal and Badger and Latran as they were going with rapidofrog to the Londonfur meet.
The Christmas meal took place at TGI Fridays in Southampton. Took a while for them to seat us, but there was 25 of us so I can't blame them. The food was really nice, I had the chicken wings starter followed by the steak main and fudge cake dessert, though by the time the deserts came out, I was too full to finish it off. Was good to see all the furs in the area again, some of whom I've not seen in a while.
Today,krakendwaggin moved out. I was quite sad to see him go. Despite really not being keen on the idea when Rapido said he needed a place to stay for a while, I think I've found a good friend in him. At least he's not moving too far so will still get to see him now and again and I'm sure I'll see him on Xbox Live to battle against anyway :) Will be strange just being myself and Rapido again tho.
Arakin also left today, having given me a really great present for Christmas which made me feel somewhat guilty that my present wasn't as great in comparison. That said, I am generally rather crap when it comes to getting Christmas presents, and I'm a bit tight on cash this time round thanks to FC next month. Kraken had got me the awesome Heroes graphic novel book while I had got him the more sensible 512k memory card for the 360 so he could take his save games and stuff with him.
To finish this post on a random note, thanks toballoonfox for making me aware of it, you can get your very own Brawndo drink as found in the film Idiocracy (if you've not seen it, rent/buy/download it now!) from this site: http://brawndo.com/ - the only downside being is that it costs $149 to ship it to the UK. Can any stateside furs help mutilate my thirst when I visit FC perhaps? ;)
