They've gone
Aug. 29th, 2002 06:00 amMy parents have now gone on their 2-and-a-bit-week holiday to the States leaving myself and my brother to fend for ourselves. I usually get a lift to the trainstation in the morning because there are no busses that early but this time, I will have to get the bus and run the risk of being up to an hour late for work. Work don't mind as such as they have been desensitised to lateness due to another collegue turning up late most days... :P
Over this time, I will essentially have the house to myself. It'll be kinda like when I moved out again. Only problem is that I can't get to any supermarkets on my own as none are close. Will have to ask my brother for help with that.
Bleh, I know I say it all the time but I seriously need to stop working in London. I get too small a pay and the hassle gettig there is too great. I am still applying for jobs when I can but there aren't that many of late. Job day today so hopefully there's more places in the paper today. I can't understand why it is prooving so difficult to even get an interview! I thought my experience wold go a long way... I guess not.
Bleh... Anyone looking for a exerienced tech support guy in the Southmpton area? If so let me know :P
