Yes, recently I have been spending much of my online time playing Disney's ToonTown Online. Maybe it's just that I've not played many MMORPGs before (My last one was probably Meridian 59) but I actually like this game :). OK, so it's a very simple game (Although it's still reasonably complex for a kids game) but it's quite fun too. Basically, you make yourself a toon character and then you are able to wonder around and talk to other players, play games either with others on solo to gain Jellybeans which are then used to pay for "Gags". You can then use the Gags to battle the "Cogs", who want to turn ToonTown into a corporate nightmare (I wonder where Disney got that idea? ;), again with others or on your own to gain experience points which lead to better Gags and stuff. Inside all that, you have a task based system where you have to take an item someplace or kill a certain number of enemies or whatever.

I guess I like this game because not only does it break away from the medieval tradition that seems to plague MMOPRGs at the moment (Which also bores the heck out of me) but this is based on cartoons and stuff. Shame it couldn't be Warner Bros toons IMO but I'll make do :) You only get a 5 day trial before you have to pay to play the game. Dunno if I can bring myself to pay for such a thing. I'm sure it'll be fun to start off with but the novelty may well wear thin.

Would have been great if Furry Muck could have been presented in this way, it would have been much more fun I reckon (Although I'm sure the TS scenes would be a risque!). However, I reckon other furs who like the toony side of furry will appreciate this game as much as I do :P My character in the game is called "Orange Cat" (As during the trial, you cannot set the name, just the look of the character), maybe I'll see you in there! Or maybe you're too sensible to play such a silly game! :P

Gaaah. Every time I try to start it, when it gets to "Create Toon", it bombs out with no error message

Hmm... that happened to me too if I remember rightly. Can't remember what I did to fix it. I ended up being able to create a toon using the top central button.
