Yeah, got another email. Here is what she said:
"Hi Slycat,
I was hoping that you may be able to enlighten me about the people who wear fursuits in the UK?
The show is really for people that do things professional or amatuer that aren't run of the mill activities in the region and around the country. Obviously for this show to work everyone involved has to be up for being on the show, I don't want anyone coming on to feel uncomfortable doing what they do.
I hope that in contacting you I haven't offended you? We're not out to make fun out of people, this to you is your lifestyle, we were just interested to know how you got into it, how many people in the UK follow your interest, and what it means to you to wear a fursuit?
It would still be good to chat about this.
Cheers
Sarah

"Hi there.
It seems you are misinformed about the UK furry culture. There is no "UK
fursuit culture" at the moment. Compared to furry in the USA, we are very
much still in it's infancy. Some people do have fursuits now agreed but
groups of fursuiters don't really go off and do anything. You got the
occaisonal photos shoots on TK's fursuitsandfriends page but that about it.
There's nothing much to talk about really and would probably make for a
boring thing to cover.
Also it seems as though you are going for the Eurotrash angle of making fun
out people with different hobbies / lifestyles. I don't believe that any
self respecting fur would go for this (Me included). I'm sorry that you
have wasted your time.
Regards,
SlyCat"
Does she need me to spell it out? There is no fursuit culture in the UK! There is no story! It would make for crap TV anyways - especially live!
