Today's been a right skive!
Oct. 29th, 2002 04:47 pmAs everyone's at the Barbican for the exhibition, I've been the only person in the office for best part of the day!
First thing I did when I got in was to get the spare speakers from the store room and wire them up to my computer and then proceeded to listen to XFM and other stuff, muting when a call came in. The calls themself have been few and far between, I've been taking more sales calls than helpdesk calls and they've all been easy.
Other than work (Yeah right) today, I have ordered a DVD, cancelled my Freeserve account (couldn't remember my old phone number so had to give the account name, "wolfcatandmouse" which was quite silly), settled my NTL bill and applied for a job as IT Technician at a Winchester College! :D
I'm now trying to decide whether I should take the piss even more and go home half an hour early... ;)

I recently made over £100 on eBay by selling random DVDs I don't watch any more. Got me Dad to sell them as he's become quite the eBay master and it takes the work off my hands. They were sold for a loss but it's best to get what money I can for them as I wasn't going to miss them or have any interest in watching again. Can't complain at £100 was only around 15 discs total.
I need to sell more of my unused items... here's what I've got together so far and what I'm looking to get for them:
You'll notice I'm planning to sell my Hi-Fi. The question is, which do I go for to replace it with? Do I go for the Philips MZ-1200 or the Ministry of Sound MOSDV006? Both play MP3 CDs but the MoS one plays DVDs and is cheaper too. However the Philips one looks nicer. Which should I go for? Or should I wait until Hi-Fi's have built in Digital Radio? You decide!
